Create a new IDE
Synopsis
This command creates an IDE for you. It will automatically reuse previous builds if the configuration is the same. The --skip-cache flag can be used to force the creation of a new IDE image before launching your IDE.
$ conveyor ide create --env ENV
Will create an IDE the specified environment for the project we are currently in. If no name was specified for the IDE we will generate one automatically.

Options
      --aws-role string                      The AWS role you want the IDE to use
      --azure-application-client-id string   The Azure application client id you want the IDE to use
      --env string                           The name of the environment
  -h, --help                                 help for create
      --instance-type Instance Type          Allows you to specify the size of your IDE. Allowed values are currently mx.xlarge, mx.2xlarge and mx.4xlarge (default mx.xlarge)
      --max-idle-minutes int32               Maximum idle time in minutes before the IDE is automatically suspended (default 60)
      --name string                          The name of the ide on which you want to perform an action
      --no-wait                              This flag allows you to wait until the IDE is ready and automatically open it in the browser
      --skip-cache                           This forces the creation of a new cached IDE every time
Options inherited from parent commands
      --debug                        Show debug output
      --no-browser NO_BROWSER=true   Do not automatically open a browser at login instead print the url to the command line. You can also use the environment variable NO_BROWSER=true.
  -o, --output string                Change the output. Valid options are table or json (default "table")
      --quiet QUIET=true             Quiet down the output. You can also use the environment variable QUIET=true.
